H.A.T.E. Recruits REAL STEEL Drummer For Upcoming Shows

September 29, 2011

Northeast Ohio traditional metallers H.A.T.E. (HALFWAY AT THE END) have recruited Bobby Stocker (pictured below) from hard rockers REAL STEEL to be H.A.T.E.'s guest drummer, temporary filling in for Michael Harris who is on tour in Europe with AMERICAN DOG. Stocker's first show with H.A.T.E. was opening for DIO DISCIPLES on September 28 at House of Blues in Cleveland.

Stocker recently suffered an unexpected personal setback when his mother was diagnosed with a serious illness. The outpouring of support from the local music community has been overwhelming.

"I would like to thank everyone for the wonderful support for my mom and I", says Stocker. "Things are day by day right now and I am doing my best to be a strong person but not always succeeding. Thanks again, it really helps more than you could ever know."

H.A.T.E.'s "Inject The Infection" album was released this past summer via Auburn Records. The CD was produced by guitarist Curran Murphy (SHATTER MESSIAH, NEVERMORE, ANNIHILATOR) and recorded at his Smiley Sound Studios in Akron, Ohio. Murphy also plays guitar on the album. Alex Yarborough designed the cover art. The album is distributed in North America by Century Media, The End, CD Baby, Sentinel Steel, Amazon and iTunes.

H.A.T.E. is:

Greg Wagner - Vocals/Guitar
Charlie Ruszin - Bass
Mike Miller - Guitar
Michael Harris - Drums
