H.I.M. Release 'Final And Correct' Track Listing For 'Love Metal'

Finland's H.I.M. have released the "final and correct" track listing for their new album, "Love Metal", due on April 14 through BMG Records. It is as follows:

06. The Sacrament
07. This Fortress Of Tears
08. Circle Of Fear
09. Endless Dark
10. The Path

A limited-edition version of the CD will feature "Love's Requiem" as an additional track. The follow-up to 2001's "Deep Shadows And Brilliant Highlights" reportedly marks a return to a heavier sound for the group, who were criticized by some for pursuing an overly pop-flavored direction on their last effort. "Love Metal" was mixed by Tim Palmer (OZZY OSBOURNE, SEPULTURA) at studios in Los Angeles and London and features 11 songs, including first single "Buried Alive by Love", the video to which was directed in December by Bam Margera of "Jackass" fame. A second video to "The Funeral of Hearts" was shot in Finland in January with director Stefan Lindfors.
