HACRIDE Checks In From Studio
January 26, 2009French modern extreme metal band HACRIDE is putting the finishing touches on its highly anticipated follow-up to 2007's "Amoeba", entitled "Lazarus", due in the spring via Listenable Records. The CD was recorded at Loko Studio in Normandie, France with producers Franck Hueso and Marc Casanova.
Comented bassist Ben: "To record at such a well-equipped studio as the Loko studio allowed us to go really far in all our production desires for 'Lazarus'. Frank Hueso, who has been producing the band since our inception be it at recordings or in a live situation, really knew how to fill in all our expectations and surpassed by far even all our hopes with this new recording.
"We are more than thrilled about this new album which represents a huge leap forward for the band. Every bit of passion we have for HACRIDE is poured into this record and we hope the fans will enjoy it.
"The new album will contain 7 tracks for a total play length of one hour, one track going over 15 minutes, which really demonstrates all the hard work that went into the writing of 'Lazarus'. 'Amoeba' fans will not be disappointed because this is a logical step in the evolution of HACRIDE. This being said, we cannot wait to unleash the storm upon the masses and start destroying stages all over Europe!!!"
