June 16, 2010

In the latest installment of the "Mars Attacks" podcast, host Victor M. Ruiz interviews guitarist Dan Lorenzo (HADES, NON-FICTION, THE CURSED) and members of MISERY. You can now stream the podcast using the audio player below.

HADES — fresh off its first show in eight years — will perform at this year's Bang Your Head!!! festival on Saturday, July 17 in Balingen, Germany. Also scheduled to appear at the two-day event (July 16-17) are TWISTED SISTER, RATT, ANVIL, NEVERMORE and QUEENSRŸCHE, among many others.

HADES was supposed to perform at the Keep It True festival on April 24 at Tauberfrankenhalle in Lauda-Königshofen, Germany but the band's flight was cancelled because of the volcano in Iceland. HADES did perform, as planned, on April 21 in Clifton, New Jersey. Footage from that show can be seen below.

HADES currently consists of Alan Tecchio on vocals, Dan Lorenzo and Scott LePage on guitars, Tom Coombs on drums and Kevin Bolembach (NON-FICTION, INFERNOPHONIC) on bass.

Professionally filmed video footage of the HADES reunion show on April 21, 2010 at Dingbatz in Clifton, New Jersey can be viewed below.

Producer Jay Bones and Viking Digital Films filmed the Dingbatz show that will eventually become HADES' second DVD.
