HAIL!: 'Neon Knights' Performance Clip Available

February 2, 2009

Video footage of HAIL! — the new all-star project featuring guitarist Andreas Kisser (SEPULTURA),vocalist Tim "Ripper" Owens (JUDAS PRIEST, BEYOND FEAR, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, ICED EARTH),drummer Jimmy DeGrasso (ALICE COOPER, MEGADETH) and bassist David Ellefson (F5, MEGADETH) — playing the BLACK SABBATH classic "Neon Knights" during a special warm-up show for their Chilean tour on January 21, 2009 in Santiago can be viewed below.

HAIL! had its January 23 concert at El Huevo in Valparaiso, Chile professionally filmed, although it's unclear if there are any plans to release the footage.

David Ellefson previously stated about the trek, "I've recorded and performed with both Jimmy DeGrasso and Ripper Owens before and we knew we'd be a great fit together. However, neither Jimmy or I had worked with Andreas Kisser before, but Ripper had done a 25th anniversary of Roadrunner Records recently and highly recommended him for the gig, as did our organizer/manager Abba (short for Mark Abbatista, NOT the band!). There couldn't have been a better fit than Andreas. A low-key man offstage but onstage a ferocious guitarist, well-rounded musician and even singer! He is truly the consummate pro. We all have such similar tastes in songs and music, it felt like we all grew up in a band together. After many years playing professionally, it feels good to just get in a room and play music for fun again…what a concept!"

The group's setlist included the following tracks:

* Ace of Spades (MOTÖRHEAD)
* Territory (SEPULTURA)
* Symphony of Destruction (MEGADETH)
* Grinder (JUDAS PRIEST)
* Fucking Hostile (PANTERA)
* Walk (PANTERA)
* Balls To The Walls (ACCEPT)
* Neon Knights (BLACK SABBATH)
* Wrathchild (IRON MAIDEN)
* The Green Manalishi (JUDAS PRIEST)
* Metal Gods (JUDAS PRIEST)
* Peace Sells / Paranoid / Peace Sells (MEGADETH - BLACK SABBATH medley)
* Refuse/Resist (SEPULTURA)
* Whiplash (METALLICA)
