HALFORD Guitarist Looks Forward To Getting Back On The Road

October 29, 2002

HALFORD guitarist Metal Mike Chlasciak has posted the following message via the band's official web site:

"Horns up HALFORD supporters, hard-quorumites and die hards!! Wanted to give you a little up-date on what's new within the HALFORD camp.

"I'd like to first thank you on behalf of the band for your killer posts in the HALFORD quorum, your enthusiasm and support for the band. It means a lot to us all. Your support makes us even more anxious to get out there and kick some major ass when we get back on the road - starting with the very loud December 29th House Of Blues show in Las Vegas!! Judging that this will be the first US band appearance in over two years, I can tell you that this will be a killer Metal night. It's always special to play your home turf, and the US audiences hold a special place in our hearts. We are also looking forward to performing with the great line-up of TESTAMENT, EXODUS and VIO-LENCE [EXODUS has since dropped off the bill—ed.].

"HALFORD will be getting together shortly in order to commence rehearsals for the upcoming road work. We feel the calm before the storm right now ... however, for not much longer!! Soon enough we'll be ripping thru some killer tracks that our European audiences had a chance to hear. I must tell you the tracks from 'Crucible' sound sooo heavy live, totally over the top !!!!!

"We are looking forward to seeing you all in Vegas. Spread the word and always keep Fighting For Metal!!

"Till then … Metal Mike on behalf of HALFORD"
