HAMMERFALL Performs To 4,000 Metalheads In Quebec City; Photos Available

July 13, 2007

Capitale du Metal has uploaded high-quality photos of HAMMERFALL's July 12, 2007 concert in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Check them out at this location.

Alain Gagnon of Capitale du Metal states: "The show was part of the Quebec International Summer Festival, an event slowly opening to the metal scene following last year success with TWISTED SISTER and SCORPIONS. The Swedish power metallers attracted around 4,000 metalheads on a perfect night for an open-air show. The whole band looked like they were in great shape as they went blazing through their set of an hour and a half. It was HAMMERFALL's second stop in Quebec City after their August 2005 [concert] with EDGUY. FORGOTTEN TALES, a Quebec City-based power metal outfit, was the opening band."

HAMMERFALL's setlist was as follows:

01. Treshold
02. Templars of Steel
03. Riders of the Storm
04. Fury of the Wild
05. Rebel Inside
06. Blood Bound
07. Reign of the Hammer
08. Renegade
09. Glory to the Brave
10. The Fire Burns Forever
11. Let the Hammer Fall
12. Crimson Thunder
13. Hammerfall
---------------------
14. Natural High
15. Heeding the Call
16. Hearts on Fire

HAMMERFALL has set "Steel Meets Steel - Ten Years of Glory" as the title of its upcoming "best-of" collection, due on October 12 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD will include around 25 classic HAMMERFALL tracks along with three new songs which were recently recorded at Mi Sueno studios in Tenerife, Spain: "Last Man Standing", "Restless Soul" and "HammerFall v1.07".
