HANOI ROCKS Confirmed For Sweden's PEACE & LOVE Festival

Finnish rock 'n' roll legends HANOI ROCKS have been confirmed for the Peace & Love festival, set to take place June 28-30 in Borlänge, Sweden. This year's theme is "Revoution" and the theme days that start on June 26 will include a special appearance by HANOI ROCKS frontman Michael Monroe and Malcolm McLaren, former manager of the SEX PISTOLS. Also scheduled to appear are IGGY AND THE STOOGES, MORGANA LEFAY, SABATON and BACKYARD BABIES, among many others.

As previously reported, HANOI ROCKS' video for the song "Back In Yer Face", taken from their "Another Hostile Takeover" album, has been posted online at this location. The CD is the group's first album to feature Conny Bloom (guitar; ex-ELECTRIC BOYS),who joined the band in 2004.

HANOI ROCKS frontman Michael Monroe has co-written the latest single, "Ocean Wave", from BEATS AND STYLES, a multi-media project run by Finland's nuttiest producers/DJs Alimo and Control. Monroe also appears in the accompanying video, which was filmed in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. Watch the clip online at the BEATS AND STYLESweb site.

HANOI ROCKS will enter the studio this spring to begin recording the new CD, tentatively due next fall.
