HEAVEN SHALL BURN To Film Vienna Show For Upcoming DVD

July 30, 2008

Germany's death metal and hardcore fusionists HEAVEN SHALL BURN will film their September 12, 2008 concert at Gasometer in Vienna, Austria for their first official DVD. The show, which is being dubbed "1000 Years Of HSB" in honor of the band's 10th anniversary, will also feature performances by MAROON and DEW-SCENTED.

Commented HEAVEN SHALL BURN in a statement: "We're very happy coming back to Vienna and it's of course a very conscious decision to record a show in this town. Don't worry, our DVD will also feature material from our home area and from all over the world, but Vienna has always been something special to us as well and shows there were some of the craziest we ever played. We hope that night at the Gasometer will be as insane as the show at the Donauinselfest last year!!! If your're not living in Austria, you should definitely think about taking the opportunity visiting one of Europe's most beautiful cities and maybe also come to the show!"

Capital Chaos has posted video footage of HEAVEN SHALL BURN performing at The Boardwalk in Orangevale, California on April 11, 2008. Watch the clip below.

"Iconoclast", the latest album from HEAVEN SHALL BURN, entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 21. Artist extraordinaire an up-and-coming visionary for cutting-edge art Bastian Sobtzick created the artwork for "Iconoclast".
