Heavy Metal Real Estate

August 17, 2005

CAGE vocalist Sean Peck and master shredder from AGENT STEEL, Juan Garcia, have joined forces to start a full-service real estate company aimed at getting metalheads their first home purchase or home loan refinance.

"I have been in real estate for 20 years now and Juan came to me with this idea to market to the heavy metal crowd and help them buy their first home," Peck explains. "He lives in L.A. and I am here in San Diego, so it made sense to join forces and turn headbangers into homeowners."

The new company, Pacific Home Network, will begin a massive ad campaign targeting all of the local metal mags and trades.

"We just got the financing for ex-PSCHOTIC WALTZ drummer and host of Rock 105.3's two-hour weekly metal radio show 'Another State of Mind', Norm Leggio, to build his dream record store," says Peck, referring, of course, to the legendary Blue Meannie Records, where many national acts do signings and now play live at the stage that was built.

"Sean hooked it all up and now I have one of the sickest metal stores in the world!" says Leggio.

The latest trend is no-money-down purchases where you don't have to prove your income.

"Half of the people I know can buy right now and don't even know it," says Juan Garcia. "We are going to change all that. Look for our flyers at Ozzfest this weekend."
