(HED)PE To Headline SKRATCH N' SNIFF RADIO TOUR

April 13, 2007

Southern California's (HED)PE has been confirmed as the headliner of this year's first annual Skratch N' Sniff Radio Tour that will kick off May 2, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM and runs through the middle of June. The tour will also include appearances by AUTHORITY ZERO, MOWER, DANNY DIABLO and the VILLEBILLIES.

"This tour is gonna be off the chain," says Skratch N' Sniff host Malcolm. "(HED)PE is by far one of the sickest live touring bands out there, the VILLEBILLIES are like a ten-piece rock and hip-hop porta party, while MOWER represents the heavy end of our radio show and AUTHORITY ZERO takes control of the punk side. Throw in Mike Czech's sizzling mash-ups in-between bands and that makes a traveling freak show that should not be missed."

Since its inception, the Skratch N' Sniff radio program has taken terrestrial radio by storm. Conceived by on air host Malcolm, the program takes some of the biggest songs from rock and hip-hop and blends them together to make an unbelievable mix show that fans of both genres are tuning into in droves. Since its debut on 91X in San Diego, the show has become a smash radio success with syndication to nearly 35 affiliates throughout the U.S. including New York, Boston, Tampa, Dallas and Atlanta.

(HED)PE are currently holed-up in a Los Angeles studio putting the finishing touches on their new album, "Insomnia", which is due for release on Suburban Noize Records on June 26, 2007. The album is the follow-up last year's Suburban Noize debut, "Back 2 Base X", which lead to the group embarking on back-to-back sold out tours with PAPA ROACH and the KOTTONMOUTH KINGS, and headlining tours in Europe and Japan.

(HED)PE frontman Jared commented, "Finally it's time to get back on the road. The experience writing this last album was one I won't forget, but I'm so glad to get back out to my people on the road; it's the least I could do for all the support they've given us. It's an honor to headline the Skratch N' Sniff Tour, as it is truly one of the only underground radio shows in the country. We guarantee a party every fucking night! Blood, sweat and hopefully no tears."
