HELLTRAIN Splits With Label, Makes Entire Album Available For Free Download
September 22, 2009Swedish "death-rockers" HELLTRAIN have parted ways with Jimmy Franks Recording Company, the record label owned by BLOODHOUND GANG lead singer Jimmy Pop. According to HELLTRAIN, the reason for the split is simple: "Jimmy will put the label to an end." The group adds, "HELLTRAIN have started searching for new labels; interested parties can contact the band."
"Rock 'n' Roll Devil", the second album from HELLTRAIN, was released in September 2008. It is now available for free download from the band's official web site.
HELLTRAIN earlier in the year announced the addition of guitarist Mikael Sanforf and bassist Mats Järnil (both formerly of THE DUSKFALL) to the group's ranks.
HELLTRAIN's debut album, "Route 666", was released in 2004 via Nuclear Blast Records.
