HELLYEAH: More U.S. Dates Announced

HELLYEAH — the new band featuring members of MUDVAYNE, PANTERA and NOTHINGFACE — has announced the dates for the second leg of its "Fire It Up" U.S. tour beginning July 6 at Milwaukee's Summerfest and ending July 16 in San Diego. From there, it's on to Family Values through September. The newly added dates are as follows:

July 06 - Milwaukee, WI - Summerfest
July 07 - Cedar Rapids, IA - Woody's Show Club
July 09 - Blackfoot, ID - El Ray Events Center
July 10 - Boise, ID - The Big Easy
July 11 - Spokane, WA - The Big Easy
July 13 - Reno, NV - Stoney's
July 14 - Las Vegas, NV - House of Blues
July 16 - San Diego, CA - House of Blues

Fan-filmed video footage of HELLYEAH performing the song "Hellyeah" on May 23, 2007 at the East Peoria Convention Center in Peoria, Illinois has been posted at YouTube. Additional video clips of HELLYEAH's June 2 concert at the Cains Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma are available here. Included is a video of the group performing the QUEEN classic "Stone Cold Crazy", which it has renamed "Stone Cold Wasted".

HELLYEAH is touring in support of its self-titled debut album, which has sold 104,000 copies in the United States since its April 10 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

HELLYEAH's first official live performance took place on May 20 at Rams Head Live in Baltimore.

HELLYEAH's next single from their self-titled CD, already getting rave press reviews and early airplay will be "Alcohaulin' Ass", scheduled for July.
