HELMET: New Album Delayed Until October
August 22, 2004Interscope Records has pushed back the projected release date of the new HELMET album, "Size Matters", to October 5 from the previously announced September 14. No reason was given for the delay.
"Size Matters" was recorded by Ryan Boesch, Chris Holmes, and former NINE INCH NAILS keyboardist Charlie Clouser at Cello studios (formerly Western Recorders) in Hollywood as well as Charlie's personal studio, and was produced by mainman Page Hamilton, Clouser and Jay Baumgardner. Joining Hamilton in the reactivated seminal hard rock act are guitarist Chris Traynor, former WHITE ZOMBIE/TESTAMENT drummer John Tempesta and former ANTHRAX bassist Frank Bello.
