HENRY ROLLINS Interviewed At 8th Annual 'Johnny Ramone Tribute' (Video)

Eric Blair of "The Blairing Out With Eric Blair Show" conducted an interview with punk rock icon Henry Rollins at the eighth annual Johnny Ramone Tribute on August 19 at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles, California. You can now watch the chat below.

This year'sevent was particularly special in celebrating Johnny's newly released autobiography, "Commando". The book garnered an impressive supporting cast from the music and film community as Johnny's wife and companion of over two decades, Linda Ramone, "Commando" editor and RAMONES manager John Cafiero, and sole surviving founding member of the RAMONES, drummer Tommy Ramone, were joined by special guest "Commando" signees Steve Jones (of the SEX PISTOLS and "Jonesy's Jukebox"),actress Rose McGowan, Henry Rollins, guitarist Billy Zoom of X, actress PJ Soles and Slim Jim Phantom (of the STRAY CATS). Very special guest Priscilla Presley also appeared to speak to fans and share reflections on Johnny Ramone, her daughter Lisa Marie, the legacy of her iconic husband Elvis Presely (who was inspirational to Johnny's career in rock and roll),and presented an outdoor screening of one of Johnny Ramone's favorite Elvis films, "King Creole". The movie was preceded by a slideshow featuring rare photos from Johnny's personal archives, and a sampling of classic RAMONES music videos projected on a 24-foot mausoleum wall.
