HEVEIN Announce New Bassist

Finnish melodic thrashers HEVEIN have announced the addition of bassist Janne Jaakkola to the group's ranks. "As trial by fire, he'll be playing a couple of gigs, starting next Friday at Tullikamarin klubi (Tampere) where HEVEIN will perform [with] STRATOVARIUS and HAMMERFALL," the band write on their web site.

HEVEIN's debut album, "Sound Over Matter" (currently available in Finland via Spinefarm Records) will be released internationally on November 21. A video for the song "Last Drop of Innocence" was recently directed by HEVEIN drummer Alpo Oksaharju.
