HIGHBALL SHOOTERS Featuring SOILWORK Singer: New EP Samples Available

HIGHBALL SHOOTERS, the Helsingborg, Sweden-based hard rock band featuring SOILWORK frontman Björn "Speed" Strid, has posted audio samples from its new EP on the group's s MySpace page.

Strid previously stated about the project, "HIGHBALL SHOOTERS is a band from my hometown that I'm singing for when there's time; it's basically about jamming and having fun. It's VERY different than SOILWORK — it sounds something like '70s WHITESNAKE, DEEP PURPLE, KISS, RAINBOW and a dose of '70s MOTHER'S FINEST. Let's see if you'll recognize my voice."
