HORNED ALMIGHTY Putting Finishing Touches On New Album Recordings

October 27, 2008

Danish black metallers HORNED ALMIGHTY, featuring current members of EXMORTEM and former members of KOLDBORN, have issued the following update:

"A massive hail to the masses that turned up for our performance at the Metal Magic Festival this past Friday. A drunken alcoholocaust of the most fierce and disgusting nature...

"We took a small break from recording the last vocals [for the third HORNED ALMIGHTY album] in order to be properly prepared for the show and it was indeed executed with hellish rage and arrogance. We only need to record vocals for the last two songs for the new album and the title of this our third album will soon be revealed, as will track listing and artwork. A label for both the CD and LP version has been found and we have every confidence that both versions will turn out fantastic."

HORNED ALMIGHTY's follow-up to 2006's "The Devil's Music" will contain nine brand new songs and will "portray HORNED ALMIGHTY from their darkest and heaviest side yet," according to a press release. Songtitles set to appear on the album include "Vile Works of Witchcraft", "Death of the Soul", "Contaminating the Divine", "Serpent Tempter" and "The Doctrine Supreme".

HORNED ALMIGHTY's last album, "The Devil's Music", was released in April 2006 through Infernus Rex from Holland.
