HUMAN: 'Cadaver Academy' Out Now

August 20, 2009

Christchurch, New Zealand-based death metal quartet HUMAN has just released its new album, "Cadaver Academy", via the Auckland music distributor Border Music. The CD is also available for digital download from www.amplifier.co.nz.

According to a press release, "Cadaver Academy" "boasts 12 quick-fire tracks that get the band's live energy and sinister humor across perfectly without losing the chaotic sound that they have become accustom to producing. With blazing double-kick drumming, rumbling distorted bass lines, shredding guitar work and no less than four vocals working the songs to great effect, it's no surprise that early-bird reviews of the album have been extremely enthusiastic thus far."

HUMAN will embark on an abridged tour of New Zealand at the end of October this year, and will also perform alongside American metallers CANNIBAL CORPSE in September.

HUMAN is:

Scott Spatcher-Harrison (Vokills, Lead Guitar)
Vaughn Richardson (Vokills, Distorted Bass)
Kezz Brewster (Vokills, Rhythm Guitar)
Nikolas Kissel (Drums, Backing Vokills)
