HYDROGEN Parts Ways With Guitarist
August 14, 2007Swedish power/thrash metal band HYDROGEN has parted ways with guitarist Henke. His statement on the matter reads as follows:
"When I started this band I had a vision and a dream that making music was fun and gave me pleasure, filling my life with meaning because I love music and as much playing it, now that vision and dream is gone and I see no reason for me to continue this band anymore when the fun is gone and the vision can't be seen as well as the dream is a faded memory of what it should have been or could have been. Those that choose to continue this are welcome to do so but my role in this is gone and I will not be a part of that anymore so have a nice life and stay metal!"
HYDROGEN's debut album, "Now is No More…", was released earlier in the year via Cutting Edge Records.
Formed in 2002, HYDROGEN's music combines "power and brutality with good melodies, with strong sense of rhythm and good songs to remember," according to the band's official bio.
