ILLDISPOSED's 'The Prestige' Lands On Danish Chart

April 11, 2008

Danish metallers ILLDISPOSED have entered the album chart in their home country at position No. 44 with their latest effort, "The Prestige". The CD was mixed at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden with Fredrik Nordstrm and features cover artwork by Mattias Norn.

In other news, ILLDISPOSED has made the following announcement:

"In co-operation with EMI Music Publishing Denmark, we have donated all our rights/royalties for the song 'Like Cancer' for The Danish Cancer Society (www.cancer.dk/english). Cancer is something that can get to us all and nearly everybody has somehow experienced it within family or friends and it has certainly shown its ugly face within the metal scene the past years!"

The band's last CD, "Burn Me Wicked", entered the Danish album chart at position No. 58 in June 2006. The follow-up to 2004's "1-800 Vindication" was recorded at ZigZound Studio during November/December 2005 with producer Ziggy and was mastered by Tue Madsen at Antfarm studio.

Fan-filmed video footage of ILLDISPOSED's March 27, 2008 "The Prestige" CD-release party at Stengade 30 in Copenhagen, Denmark can be viewed below.
