IMPALED NAZARENE, FINNTROLL, DEATHCHAIN Members Join Forces In SURVIVORS ZERO

SURVIVORS ZERO, the Finnish death metal band featuring current and former members of IMPALED NAZARENE, FINNTROLL, DEATHCHAIN and THE SCOURGER, has entered Seawolf Studios in Helsinki with producer Jonas Kjellgren (SCAR SYMMETRY) to begin recording its debut album, "CMXCIX", for a September 9, 2009 release via the new Finnish label Cobra Records. The CD will be mixed at Black Lounge Studio in in Avesta, Sweden while the mastering will be handled by Pelle Henricsson at Tonteknik Recording in Umeå, Sweden.

SURVIVORS ZERO's debut demo, a two-song affair entitled "Extinction", was recorded last year and is currently available for streaming on the band's MySpace page. The tracks "Embrace the Inferno" and "Fortress of Lies" were laid down at Jive Studio and Studio Perkele and were mixed by Kjellgren at Black Lounge.
