INTER ARMA Back In The Studio

August 10, 2013

Richmond, Virginia's INTER ARMA has entered Dark Art Studios in Madison, Tennessee with producer Mikey Allred to record a "massive" track, to be released via Relapse Records.

"There's no title yet, but it's a forty-plus minute piece that was originally written during the summer of 2009 and only played out a few times," states INTER ARMA guitarist Trey Dalton. "We'll have some different people doing guest appearances (noise, synth, strings, vox, and more) as well. We're trying to make the most completely off-the-wall shit yet."

INTER ARMA's second album, "Sky Burial", was released in March via Relapse.

INTER ARMA merges elements of doom, psychedelic sludge, grind, black metal and more through massive, mighty riffs to create a sound wholly their own. Following several solid demos, splits and an LP via Forcefield Records, this volatile act delivered its Relapse debut, an album easily considered an early contender for heavy music record of the year, even making Decibel magazine's "20 Most Anticipated Albums Of 2013" list.
