INVOCATOR Begin Rehearsing For New Album

Members of the long-running Danish thrash outfit INVOCATOR met up on Monday (May 31) and rehearsed as a band for the first time since the Danish tour in November/December 2003. "It was great to finally meet up again and to start working on the new songs," the group write on their web site. "The new stuff sounds really promising! During the summer/fall we will try to finish up enough songs to put on a new full-length, and hopefully we will be able to record the new album before the end of the year."

The follow-up to 2003's "Through The Flesh To The Soul", which is expected to have "a somewhat darker edge" than its predecessor, is tentatively due in early 2005 through Italy's Scarlet Records.
