December 2, 2009Danish metallers IRON FIRE have parted ways with guitarist Marc Masters (FORCENTURY). The band states, "In the end, Marc did not have the dedication to the band that we need, but there are no bad feelings involved in his departure and we wish him the best of luck in the future.
"It's now been almost a year since we started song writing for our next album, and it has not been easy to keep the spirit high at times, but the hard work has paid off and we really feel that we have come up with something great this time.
"Kirk [Backarach, IRON FIRE's other guitarist] will do all the guitar work on the upcoming album which we plan to start recording around spring time."
