IRON MAIDEN Bassist's Daughter Falls Prey To 'Nipple Slip'; Photo Available

June 6, 2007

The Bulgarian newspaper Sega has published a photo of Lauren Harris, daughter of IRON MAIDEN bassist Steve Harris, falling prey to the "nipple slip" during her performance as the opening act for MAIDEN on June 4, 2007 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Check out the picture at Pro-Rock.net. According to Sega, Lauren Harris proved during her appearance in Bulgaria that she has "beautiful breasts and famous name, but no voice."

An audio interview with Lauren Harris conducted by Sergi Ramos of The Metal Circus, has been posted online at this location. In the interview, Lauren talks about such subjects as her and her school friends being scared by MAIDEN's mascot Eddie when they came to the house, her recollections of touring with her father in the past, about her struggles to gain experience doing shows at clubs and pubs and even about going to see the SPICE GIRLS at the height of the SPICE mania.

Lauren's current solo band features Ritchie Faulkner (guitar; also in VOODOO SIX) from U.K., Tom McWilliams (drums; JON SECADA, CRITICAL MASS) from U.S. and new bassist Randy Gregg (THIN LIZZY, ANGEL) also from U.S., who takes over from Miguel Gonzales (BRIAN HOWE).
