IRON MAIDEN: Rare Japanese Promo Fetches More Than $3,000 On eBay

An Japanese IRON MAIDEN "2 Minutes To Midnight" seven-inch promotional EP was sold on eBay for $3,350. The EP was reportedly issued as a "special DJ copy" and is considered by collectors to be one of the rarest MAIDEN records of all time.

The "2 Minutes To Midnight" EP which is said to be one of only five Japanese vinyl seven-inch promos has a white label with a color sleeve front and a Japanese one-sheet. It was listed in "very good condition" and was sold in an auction that drew 16 bidders before closing on October 21.
