ISOLE Signs With NAPALM RECORDS
June 25, 2007Swedish band ISOLE has inked a deal with Napalm Records. The group's new album will be recorded in July at their own Studio Apocalypse for a January 2008 release.
According to a press release, ISOLE is "working with clean vocals, slo-mo grooves, and melodies in the minor keys to achieve a dark atmosphere. ISOLE is sure to appeal to fans of bands such as CANDLEMASS, SOLITUDE AETERNUS, or early ANATHEMA and MY DYING BRIDE."
ISOLE's sophomore album, "Throne of Void", was released in June 2006 via I Hate Records. The follow-up to 2005's "Forevermore" featured "a slightly rawer and heavier sound" (both production- and music-wise) than its predecessor, according to a press release.
