JANE'S ADDICTION: Second 'The Great Escape Artist' Behind-The-Scenes Clip Posted Online
May 6, 2011The second in a series of "behind-the-scenes" clips from the making of the new JANE'S ADDICTION album, "The Great Escape Artist", can be viewed below. The latest video features footage of the band performing at Lollapalooza Chile on April 3 as well as the revelation that they are using the same soundboard to record their new CD that was used on "Nothing's Shocking" and "Ritual de lo Habitual".
"The Great Escape Artist" will be released in August through Capitol Records. The CD was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Rich Costey (MUSE, FRANZ FERDINAND, INTERPOL),with TV ON THE RADIO's Dave Sitek on the team. Sitek, best known for his production work on TV ON THE RADIO, YEAH YEAH YEAHS and THE FOALS, is writing, programming, and playing bass on the album. The band, with Chris Cheney on bass, will be touring throughout 2011.
