JOURNEY Performs On 'Today' Show (Video)

Legendary rockers JOURNEY performed on the "Today" show this morning (Friday, July 29) as part of this year's Toyota Concert Series. You can now watch video footage of their appearance below.

One of the songs performed on the "Today" show, "City Of Hope", is the first single from JOURNEY's latest CD, "Eclipse". The track was inspired by, and written in lead singer Arnel Pineda's hometown of Manila, Philippines and the accompanying clip is a documentary-style combination of performance, behind-the-scenes glimpses of JOURNEY at rehearsals in San Francisco earlier this year, plus footage of the band in Manila.

"Eclipse" was released in the U.S. and Canada on May 24 exclusively at Walmart and June 3 in Europe on Frontiers Records. The CD was made available on Scarecrow Records in Mexico, WET Music in Brazil and D.B.N. in the rest of Latin America. The 12 tracks were written over the past 18 months by the core team of guitarist Neal Schon and keyboard player Jonathan Cain, with collaboration from singer Arnel Pineda.

JOURNEY has just launched the "Eclipse Tour" with FOREIGNER, and special guest NIGHT RANGER. Fans can expect to hear new songs from "Eclipse" as well as classics such as "Don't Stop Believin'", "Any Way You Want It", "Faithfully", "Lights", "Separate Ways", "Wheel In The Sky", and many more.
