JUDAS PRIEST On The Prophecies Of Nostradamus, Band's Rise To Greatness

MTV's Headbanger's Blog has posted the third and final segment of its three-part video interview with British heavy metal legends JUDAS PRIEST. Gathered at the bar of The Bourgeois Pig, a restaurant in New Yorks East Village, singer Rob Halford and guitarists Glenn Tipton and K.K. Downing talk more about their new album and discuss the prophecies of Nostradamus, revealing how the guy was buried standing up and how he insisted his corpse contain an ornament with the date he claimed grave robbers would dig him up. They also talk about the early years of the band and the dues they paid, which contributed to their determination to succeed and, ultimately, their longevity.

JUDAS PRIEST's forthcoming double-disc concept album, "Nostradamus", is available for streaming in its entirety on VH1.com's The Leak.

"Nostradamus" is scheduled for release via Columbia Records on Monday, June 16 in Europe, and a day later in the U.S. on Epic Records.
