JUDAS PRIEST's HALFORD, TIPTON On BRUCE DICKINSON's Radio Show; Audio Available

February 13, 2009

Singer Rob Halford and guitarist Glenn Tipton of British heavy metal legends JUDAS PRIEST were IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson's guests earlier tonight (February 13) during Bruce's weekly BBC 6 Music radio program, dubbed "The Bruce Dickinson Friday Rock Show". The program is now available for streaming at BBC.co.uk.

Fan-filmed video footage of PRIEST's February 10, 2009 performance in Dublin, Ireland can be viewed below (courtesy of "nudgy").

In a recent interview with The Quietus, JUDAS PRIEST singer Rob Halford was asked what attracted his band to having such an interesting bill on "Priest Feast". "It was the fact that [MEGADETH and TESTAMENT are] both very special in their own way and very good at playing their own type of metal," he replied. "We're all totally different to each other and if you come and see that show you're going to get three brands of metal and you're going to see something special from each act. That's what we've tried to do on this 'Priest Feast'. A broad display of different styles."
