Jury Deliberates Fate Of Husband Of Missing MÖTLEY CRÜE Fan

October 19, 2010

According to WBAL-TV, jurors spent about three hours Tuesday deciding whether there's enough evidence to convict the husband of a Baltimore County woman who has been missing since March 2005 when she failed to meet friends for a MÖTLEY CRÜE concert.

Dennis Tetso is charged with killing his wife, Tracey, who was last seen going to a concert in Washington, D.C., in March 2005. Her body was never found.

Prosecutors said Dennis Tetso was a desperate man with money problems. Prosecutors said he knew his wife was having an affair and he was angry.

In his closing arguments, defense attorney David Irwin said there was no evidence of a crime, only that Tracey Tetso was gone.

Several of Tracey Tetso's family and friends testified that she wasn't the type of person to just pick up and leave her life. They said she was in constant contact.

MÖTLEY CRÜE in April 2005 announced that they would match the $10,000 reward fund being offered for information on the whereabouts of Tracey Tetso. The reward was being offered by the Victims' Rights Foundation of Gaithersburg, Metro Crime Stoppers and Aggregate Industries, which employed Tracey Tetso as a dispatcher.
