KAIZEN: New Drummer Announced

French power/death metal act KAIZEN have announced the addition of drummer Fabien Rault to the group's ranks. Photos of the new lineup can be viewed at this location.

KAIZEN recently parted ways with drummer Laurent Caradec due to "musical differences." "We arrived to a point of no return and it was not an easy decision to take," the band write in a statement. "We have a lot of respect for everything [Laurent] achieved within the band during many years.

KAIZEN have finished recording and mixing their second album at Mynetaur Productions Studios in Stockport, U.K. with producer (and former KILL II THIS guitarist) Mark Mynett. The follow-up to 2003's "Clear the Path" will contain 11 songs and is scheduled for release in late September on XIIIbis Records/Sony.

KAIZEN are slated to perform at L'Estaminet in Magny Les Hameaux, France on October 21.
