KAMELOT, LEAVES' EYES To Team Up For U.S. Tour This Summer?

January 4, 2007

According to a posting on the web site of the New York City venue B.B. King Blues Club & Grill, KAMELOT and LEAVES' EYES are scheduled to play there on August 19. More North American tour dates are expected to be announced soon.

KAMELOT and LEAVES' EYES will team up for a European tour beginning late March. A list of dates can be found at Kamelot.com.

As previously reported, a video clip of KAMELOT performing the song "When the Lights are Down" on February 11, 2006 at the historic Rockefeller venue in Oslo, Norway has been posted online at YouTube.com. The footage comes off the group's first-ever DVD, "One Cold Winter's Night", which entered the Swedish Music Video chart at position No. 8. KAMELOT enlisted renowned film and video director Patric Ullaeus (DIMMU BORGIR, LACUNA COIL, IN FLAMES) to chronicle the night's events. Bringing with him from Gothenberg, Sweden, Patric had a large crew of professionals and equipment, including 18 cameras, that would be used in and around the concert grounds.

KAMELOT is currently working on a new studio album for a spring 2007 release.
