KAMELOT: Winner Of Autographed ESP Guitar Announced

January 8, 2008

For the past two months, tons of fans have been eager to find out if they’d be the lucky winner of a beautiful LTD H101FM guitar by the ESP guitar company, autographed by Thomas Youngblood of KAMELOT. The entry forms were found in a full-page advertisement in the November/December issue of Metal Maniacs, which included a large picture of Youngblood rocking with his ESP guitar, as well as the band's new album, "Ghost Opera", released on SPV this past summer.

As January 1 came and went, it was finally time to randomly draw and announce the name of the lucky winner. Everyone always hopes that a true fan will win a contest like this, and winner Kathleen Morton of Richmond, Virginia couldn't have fit the bill any better! She excitedly explained that she has been a fan of KAMELOT for five years, never missing a show that they've played in her home state. Kathleen also went on to explain that she's had a CD signed by the whole band except the lead singer, Roy Khan. Lucky for Kathleen, inside the hard case that houses the ESP is also a press shot, autographed by the entire band. "This is a dream come true," exclaimed Kathleen.

A picture of the actual autographed guitar can be viewed at this location.
