KARMIC LINK Signs With LUCRETIA RECORDS

June 20, 2007

KARMIC LINK, the new band featuring Stathis Cassios (former keyboard player for Sweden's SYSTEM SHOCK and Greece's NIGHTFALL),has inked a deal with Lucretia Records. The group's debut album, "No Light but Rather Darkness Visible", was mixed and mastered at Tico Tico studios (SENTENCED, IMPALED NAZARENE, SONATA ARCTICA) in Finland and will be released later in the year.

In addition to Stathis Cassios, KARMIC LINK features female singer Mina G. (ex-KINETIC, THE RAIN I BLEED). The group's sound is described as a "mediterranean energy, doses of industrial coldness, atmospheric landscapes, progressive spots, instrumental madness, dark pop tunes, electro breakdowns, funky grooves and hard rock pentatonic moments." Guest musicians on the CD include Bob Katsionis (FIREWIND),who recorded and performed all rhythm and lead guitars, and Jani Liimatainen (SONATA ARCTICA),who laid down leads on one of the two instrumental songs of the album.
