KAT VON D, RITA HANEY Interviewed At METAL HAMMER GOLDEN GODS; Video Available

Tattoo artist Kat Von D the star of the TLC reality series "L.A. Ink" and MTLEY CRE bassist Nikki Sixx's current girlfriend and late PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott's girlfriend of 20 years, Rita Haney, were interviewed backstage at this year's Metal Hammer Golden Gods ceremony, which was held last night (Monday, June 16) at London, England's state-of-the-art Indigo2 complex. Watch the two-minute clip below. The annual awards bash, which is owned by Future's Metal Hammer magazine, celebrated the great and good from the international world of rock and metal as well as playing host to five of the loudest bands on the planet to an audience of 1,500 frothing and frenzied kids.

Kat Von D presented SLAYER guitarist Kerry King with the evening's most prestigious accolade, the "Golden God" award, while Rita Haney handed out the "Dimebag Darrell Shredder" award to Alexi Laiho of CHILDREN OF BODOM.
