KILLSWITCH ENGAGE Frontman, Ex-ONLY LIVING WITNESS Singer Guest On New 36 CRAZYFISTS CD
December 21, 2005KILLSWITCH ENGAGE frontman Howard Jones, ex-KILLSWITCH ENGAGE drummer Tom Gomes and former ONLY LIVING WITNESS/MILTOWN singer Jonah Jenkins have recorded guest appearances for the new 36 CRAZYFISTS album, tentatively due in early 2006 via Roadrunner Records. "[Gomes] laid down some drumming on a tune," 36 CRAZYFISTS guitarist Steve Holt writes on the group's web site. "He is a great guy and a great drummer, much thanks to Tom. Next we had in the infamous Mr. Jones, yes gang, big Howard came in on [December] 14th and did some vocals on a track with Brock [Lindow, 36 singer], something they have been talking about doing for sometime. This track is crushing. Thanks big guy! Saturday [Dec. 17] we had in the last guest and one that we are very excited about. His bands have been a huge influence to all of us. Jonah Jenkins (ONLY LIVING WITNESS, MILTOWN, MILLIGRAM, RAW RADAR WAR) came in and did vocals on a track with Brock. I tried not to fan boy out too much, but it was tough, as this guy is one of my all-time favorite singers, and the song is going be great." Check out studio pictures at this location.
36 CRAZYFISTS' third album is being produced by Sal Villanueva (THURSDAY, TAKING BACK SUNDAY, VISION OF DISORDER) at Big Blue Meenie Studios in New Jersey. The band's' sophomore CD, "A Snow Capped Romance", was released in March 2004 through Roadrunner Records.
