KILLSWITCH ENGAGE Guitarist Interviewed On 'Taken Out Of Context'
December 8, 2009Josh Friedman, host of the "Taken Out Of Context" show on Boston University's student-run radio station WTBU, recently conducted an interview with guitarist Joel Stroetzel of Massachusetts metallers KILLSWITCH ENGAGE. The new, self-titled album from KILLSWITCH ENGAGE sold 58,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 7 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD was released on June 30 via Roadrunner Records. It was produced by Brendan O'Brien (AC/DC, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE) and co-produced by guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz.
KILLSWITCH ENGAGE was recently forced to reschedule its South American tour after singer Howard Jones was taken ill.
