KING'S X: European Tour Being Rescheduled For March/April
August 21, 2006According to a posting on KING'S X's official web site, the band's recently cancelled European headlining tour is being rescheduled for March/April 2007. In addition, the band has secured the services of a new manager for the first time since their early years with Sam Taylor. Gunter Ford runs SPV Records in the USA and manages several other bands, including MORBID ANGEL.
As previously reported, KING'S X will team up with SKID ROW and NASHVILLE PUSSY for a North American tour beginning October 31. Exact cities and dates will be announced soon.
KING'S X is continuing to promote its latest album, "Ogre Tones", which was released in September 2005 via InsideOut Music. The band's first release for the label was produced by Michael Wagener (METALLICA, ALICE COOPER, SKID ROW) and has received rave reviews from fans and critics for its innovative sound and musical intricacies.
KING'S X guitarist Ty Tabor will release his new solo album, "Rock Garden", on August 29 via InsideOut Music.
