KISS-Loving Galpals Enter Bayfest Super Fan Contest; Video Available

Tara Hagan of The Sarnia Observer reports: Prospective Bayfest Super Fans could take some tips from Jan Moran and her galpals.

The foursome have submitted what's expected to be one of hundreds of entries to The Observer for the 2009 Bayfest Super Fan Contest.

And they pulled out all the stops.

"I love Gene Simmons, I love KISS, and I wanted to get a group of girls together to form KISS," said Moran.

The group, which included Candy Arsenault, Kim Ness and Lisa Fisher, donned full glamrock make-up and costumes and traveled around Sarnia-Lambton making a music video to impress their heroes.

Traveling by limousine, the women made stops at the Blue Water Bridge and Alexander Mackenzie Secondary School to record the soundtrack.

They even sent the finished video to Gene Simmons himself.
