August 2, 2002

KORN frontman Jonathan Davis recently commented on the contributions to the group's latest CD, Untouchables, of the album's producer Michael Beinhorn, a renowned studio wizard who's previously produced groups ranging from the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS to OZZY OSBOURNE.

"What we did was like write heavy music in an orchestral style using different like movements, different things going on," Davis said. "And then our producer Beinhorn, he made… he took advantage of making this huge space, making a huge area and just… massive. Not a big wall of sound, but it was like three-dimensional, you could definitely hear different things going on. And everything was pretty thought out well… it's awesome."
