KORN To Play Private Concert For SiriusXM In Los Angeles

KORN will perform a special invitation-only show for SiriusXM on Friday, October 21 at the beautifully ornate Theatre at Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. The performance will air live on SiriusXM's Octane channel.

The special performance for SiriusXM will feature KORN performing songs from their upcoming studio album, "The Serenity Of Suffering", which is scheduled to be released on October 21, as well as songs from their twenty-plus-year career.

"It's an important night for us," said KORN guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer. "We'll be celebrating our album release, while bringing together our hometown fans and the listeners of SiriusXM Octane, who have been so incredibly supportive of KORN for so long."

The private performance will air live on Friday, October 21 on SiriusXM's Octane, channel 37, and through the SiriusXM app on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.com.

Additionally, on Wednesday, October 19, SiriusXM's Octane will air an hour special featuring KORN talking with SiriusXM host Jose Mangin about the new album and the private SiriusXM concert. The special will also include KORN playing songs from "The Serenity Of Suffering" as well as their personal favorite hard rock and heavy metal songs.

Subscribers will have the opportunity to win tickets to this private SiriusXM concert through an invitation sent by e-mail as well as various call-in promotions. Beginning 10:00 a.m. ET on September 22, SiriusXM subscribers since September 5 can also enter for the chance to win a trip to Los Angeles and tickets to the concert. One grand-prize winner will receive a trip for two, including round-trip airfare, two nights' hotel stay, a pair of tickets to the exclusive concert and the opportunity to meet KORN.
