Killeen, Texas-based act KRITICKILL are reportedly negotiating a record deal with 604 Records, the label venture headed by NICKELBACK frontman Chad Kroeger and his longtime attorney Jonathan Simkin.

Consisting of Dave Irons (vocals),Todd Gardner (drums),Donny Morse (guitars),and Bryan Koestens (bass),KRITICKILL have been together since 1997 and have opened for such national acts such as FEAR FACTORY, KITTIE, DROWNING POOL, THE UNION UNDERGROUND, NON POINT, HATEBREED, NO ONE, and AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE. A self-financed full-length CD, entitled "Trust", was released in February.
