KROKUS, THE POODLES Tour Bus Involved In Crash In Denmark

Yesterday afternoon (Monday, January 22),the tour bus carrying Switzerland's KROKUS and Sweden's THE POODLES was involved in a crash in Denmark (photo). The bands were traveling from Oslo to Hamburg when the accident occured just south of Copenhagen.

KROKUS and THE POODLES are currently on the road as the support acts for HAMMERFALL on their "At The Threshold of...Europe 2007" tour.

THE POODLES features in its ranks vocalist Jakob Samuel (THE RING, ex-TALISMAN, JEKYLL & HYDE),guitarist Pontus Norgren (THE RING, ex-TALISMAN),bassist Pontus Egberg (ex-LION'S SHARE) and drummer Christian Lundqvist. The group's debut album, "Metal Will Stand Tall", was released in Sweden in May.
