KRYOBURN: New Album Details Revealed

May 22, 2009

Carlsbad, New Mexico-based metallers KRYOBURN have completed work on their sophomore album, "Three Years Eclipsed", due later in the year via Continental Entertainment, Inc. The follow-up to 2005's "Enigmatic Existence" (Candlelight) was produced by vocalist/guitarist Todd Brashear and KRYOBURN at the KryoLab in Carlsbad and was mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen (HALFORD, THE HAUNTED, MNEMIC, SICK OF IT ALL, AUGUST BURNS RED) at Antfarm Studio in Aarhus, Denmark. The artwork was created by Bill Reid and can be viewed below.

"It took us awhile to get this done," states Brashear. "With all the changes we've had going on in the past couple of years, we had to find our legs again. Good or bad, we aren't the kind of band that writes 30-40 songs per album and then picks 10 to be released. We put everything we have into each song and that is what gets put on a record; we only keep what fits."

Regarding the band's collaboration with Tue Madsen, Brashear says, "When we heard Tue wanted to work with us, we were extremely excited. We feel his sound is going to fit perfect with the direction of our new material. He has done some amazing albums and we are all big fans of his work."

"Three Years Eclipsed" track listing:

01. Broken Hero
