LAAZ ROCKIT Sign With OLD SCHOOL METAL RECORDS

June 9, 2006

Legendary Bay Area thrashers LAAZ ROCKIT have inked a deal with OSM Records to issue their long-awaited DVD, "Live Untold". An August 15 release is expected.

"Having been a fan of LAAZ ROCKIT for a long time, this is quite an honor to be able to put out this DVD and work with one of Bay Area's finest," stated Patrick Ramseier, CEO of OSM Records.

LAAZ ROCKET, formed in 1982, were a mainstay in the Bay Area thrash scene for nine years. In May 2005, the original lineup reunited for the first time since 1991 to play two shows with TESTAMENT, including the prestigious Dynamo Open Air festival in Holland. Their appearance at the Thrash Against Cancer benefit concert in July 2005 was their first U.S. show in over 14 years.
