LAKE OF TEARS: 'Last Purple Sky' Track To Be Made Available This Sunday
March 30, 2007A brand new LAKE OF TEARS track, entitled "Last Purple Sky", will be posted on the band's MySpace page this Sunday, April 1. The song comes off the Swedish band's new album, "Moons and Mushrooms", due on April 23 via Dockyard 1. The follow-up to 2004's "Black Brick Road" was mixed by Christian Silver. The album will be released in two editions — a normal version with eight tracks and a limited-edition digipack containing a cover of STATUS QUO's "Is There A Better Way" "played with the energy of a punk rock song!"
LAKE OF TEARS has been confirmed for the Rock Harz open-air festival, set to take place July 6-7 in Osterode-Dorste, Lower Saxony, Germany. Also scheduled to appear are AFTER FOREVER, RAGE, SUIDAKRA and W.A.S.P., among others.
