LAMB OF GOD Marriage Proposal

October 11, 2006

A BLABBERMOUTH.NET visitor by the name of Edward the Metal has submitted the following report:

"At the Orlando, FL Gigantour stop [on October 8], fans of LAMB OF GOD received an unexpected surprise. Near the end of their set, the band stopped to introduce 'a longtime fan,' at which time the male fan came from backstage with his girlfriend. The man seemed to have a hard time collecting his thoughts as he mumbled into the mic that the girl was his life and then dropped to his knees. As he spoke, he remained on his knees for about five seconds whereupon he arose, exclaiming 'I do not get on my knees for anyone! Will you marry me?' The girl said 'Yes', and then exited the stage. The crowd of about two thousand eight hundred was mostly applauding but some seemed disturbed that the set was interrupted. LOG then dedicated 'Something To Die For' to the couple and ended their set shortly thereafter."
